energia povera contains hundreds of thousands of consumed, empty, ‘dead’ batteries thrown in a big pile.
The Installation is a pre-state for ALKALI, the following installation. The piece expresses the chaos before the order and the (still) undirected energy/electricity.
Even so, the most powerful batteries manage to get to the top of the pile.

energia povera is a tribute to the movement of arte povera.
